PARKING AREA
Our outdoor spaces are 40 feet long by 10 feet wide (400 sq. ft.) and are reserved for recreational vehicles and professional material.

Our outdoor 400 sq. ft. parking spaces (10 x 40 ft.) are the perfect solution for all your temporary, seasonal or annual self-storage needs. Our spaces are monitored by video surveillance and accessible to you at all times. You can park your cars, recreational vehicles and heavy machinery in those spaces for the time required. We are conveniently located near the A15 and Curé-Labelle Boulevard, making our storage units easily accessible from the main highway. SECURITY AND ACCESS
With your access card, you will have full-time access to your storage unit
Given that we are committed to ensuring that your goods and materials are stored in a clean, secure environment, we perform ongoing maintenance of our facilities. Our high-tech video surveillance monitoring system keeps a constant eye on our entire site. Our units, containers and parking spaces are always tidy and cleared of snow in the winter. For security reasons, food and hazardous goods are not accepted on the premises.
With your access card, you will have full-time access to your storage unit, and you will be able to grant specific access for your loved ones, employees or business partners. Our indoor loading dock protects you from unpleasant weather and keeps you warm as you load and unload your items. A freight elevator is available for use, and a number of carts can be used to transport your items once on site. In addition, we can put you in contact with a moving company should you require their services.

HOW IT WORKS
RESERVATION
You can book an appointment to visit one of our warehouses’ premises by calling 450-227-2694 (Piedmont) or 450-224-8666 (Prévost). We’ll be happy to answer your call Monday through Sunday, from 8 AM to 9 PM. Visits by appointment only.
To reserve your storage space, you can do one of two things: you can call us at 450-227-2694 (Piedmont) or 450-224-8666 (Prévost), seven days a week, Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., or you can fill out the on-line form, leave us your contact information and tell us how much space you need. If you choose to fill out the form, one of our storage specialists will contact you once they receive your form in order to complete the reservation during business hours. We cannot guarantee the availability of the desired space prior to speaking with our storage specialist.
MULTIPLE ACCESS CARDS
Once your file is open*, we will give you a personalized access card. If you would like loved ones, employees or business partners to also have access to your storage unit, simply let us know and we will be able to give you additional personalized cards for your designated people.
* A $10 fee + taxes is applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS
Several payment terms are available. Upon completion of your rental agreement, one of our storage specialists will confirm the desired payment terms and will inform you on how to proceed.
PADLOCKS
In the event that you have rented a closed space, you will need to lock your unit or container using a padlock. We encourage you to bring your own pa lock. If you don't have a padlock, we would be happy to provide you with a pad lock for purchase onsite.
RENTAL TERMS
We offer three different rental terms: a monthly rental, a 6-month rental or a 12-month rental. The rental is effective as soon as we receive your payment. In the event that you rent space for more than a month, and if the rental begins mid-month, you will only be billed for the days that you use. You can end your rental at any time. Amounts paid for the month started are non-refundable.
ACCESS DENIED?
In the event that any of the distributed access cards cease to work, call our storage specialist at 450-227-2694 (Piedmont) or 450-224-8666 (Prévost). We will contact you as soon as possible during business hours, seven days a week, Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
INSURANCE
You are responsible for insuring your items yourself. Some insurance companies insure your items when they are outside of your home, but others do not. We encourage you to verify the conditions of your insurance policy with your insurance company.
