Make a reservation
You can book an appointment to visit one of our warehouses’ premises by calling 450-227-2694 (Piedmont) or 450-224-8666 (Prévost). We’ll be happy to answer your call Monday through Sunday, from 8 AM to 9 PM. Visits by appointment only.
To reserve your storage space, you can do one of two things: you can call us at 450-227-2694 (Piedmont) or at 450-224-8666 (Prévost), seven days a week, Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., or you can fill out the on-line form, leave us your contact information and tell us how much space you need. If you choose to fill out the form, one of our storage specialists will contact you once they receive your form in order to complete the reservation during business hours. We cannot guarantee the availability of the desired space prior to speaking with our storage specialist.

Multiple access cards
Once your file is open*, we will give you a personalized access card. If you would like loved ones, employees or business partners to also have access to your storage unit, simply let us know and we will be able to give you additional personalized cards for your designated people.
* A $10 fee + taxes is applicable. -
Pad locks
In the event that you have rented a closed space, you will need to lock your unit or container using a pad lock. We encourage you to bring your own pad lock. If you don't have a pad lock, we would be happy to provide you with a pad lock for purchase onsite.

Rental options
We propose three different rental options: a monthly rental, a 6-month rental or a 12-month rental. The rental is effective as soon as we receive your payment. In the event that you rent space for more than a month, and if the rental begins mid-month, you will only be billed for the days that you use. You can end your rental at any time. Amounts paid for the month started are non-refundable.

Payment terms
Several payment terms are available. Upon completion of your rental agreement, one of our storage specialists will confirm the desired payment terms and will inform you on how to proceed.

Insurance
You are responsible for insuring your items yourself. Some insurance companies insure your items when they are outside of your home, but others do not. We encourage you to verify the conditions of your insurance policy with your insurance company.

Access denied
In the event that any of the distributed access cards cease to work, call our storage specialist at 450-227-2694 (Piedmont) or 450-224-8666 (Prévost). We will contact you as soon as possible during business hours, seven days a week, Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
